PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS 

Mr. Edmead obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and is currently pursuing a PhD degree in business management and organizational leadership. Mark became a successful technology entrepreneur and a finalist in the Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 1988. He is a sought-after author and instructor on organizational development, leadership, change management, and how companies can meet their strategic objectives. He has presented in Dubai, Kuwait, Amsterdam, Japan, China, Singapore, and across the United States. Mark is dedicated to the empowerment others to achieve their best. He knows what it takes to overcome challenges, and he is dedicated to helping others tap their unlimited potential.  

Mark has developed and delivered courses for the SANS Institute, MIS Institute and the University of California San Diego, and currently a trainer at the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Technology Training Corporation, Professional Development Academy (www.professionaldevelopmentacademy.com) and Learning Tree International. He is also an adjunct professor at Keller Graduate School of Management. Since 2000 Mark has been delivering custom presentations within various organizations. Topics include: “Cross-Cultural Communication”, “Business Problem Solving”, Effective Presentations”, and “Fostering Creativity and Innovation”. Mark is a master trainer, facilitator, and storyteller and has a very energetic and entertaining style that keeps audiences attention from start to finish. Mark is a certified facilitator, and is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Organization Development Institute, the Organization Development Network, and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).  

Mr. Edmead is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French, Italian, and Portuguese. International assignments include United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Switzerland, Germany and Scotland.
